If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to the Gravity platform, you can request deletion of all your data and the access token we store, in one of two ways:

Option 1: Revoke access directly

In your Facebook or Instagram settings, remove the "Gravity" app from your list of apps and websites. This revokes our access immediately.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it

1. Email info@gravity.ly from the email or under the connected account name.
2. Write "Data Deletion Request" and your account name on the platform.
3. We delete your access token and all stored metrics for your account within 30 days and send you confirmation.

What is deleted

Your account's access token and any public performance metrics we stored for it. We never hold your passwords, and we keep messages sent to a client's Page for at most 90 days.

If you commented on or messaged one of our clients' Pages

We keep the text of your comment or message for at most 90 days, only to reply to you. If you delete your comment, its text is deleted from our systems as soon as we learn of the deletion, and in any case within 90 days. To have your messages deleted sooner, email info@gravity.ly with the Page name and the date of the message; we act within 30 days.
